To infinity and beyond!
"We take it for granted that we know the whole story - we judge a book by it's cover, and read what we want between the selected lines" - Axel Rose
Guess what happened a second time?
For those of you keeping score at home, that’s two times we have seen the aurora borealis, and one total solar eclipse in one year. The straight line is a satellite moving across the sky.
So that happened, which is nice.
The weather is doing standard issue late fall stuff here. We had our first fire in the house last night. In the wood stove - not “the house”. I really need to pick my words better. It was in the upper 80s over the weekend, its freezing tonight, and should be in the 80s again early next week. Its enough to keep you on your toes and watching your back - ya know.
What else is going on….
Sukkot begins tomorrow. We have been spending the last few days getting ready for it. Ooops…..I guess the secret is out now, we are some of (((those))) people. The sukkahs are almost setup (The Wife and I have a wood stove in ours), and the kitchen is ready to roll - just need to bring down the utensils. The weather looks great for this year! I’m sure that there will be more pictures for next week.
God literally told us to go camping for 8 days. Winning. His will be done.
Here, take a look at this freeloading lay about.
I mean really……get a job, ya know. Actually, she does have a job. I believe the official title is “clickbait”. Interesting thought….if FarmDog© is an employee of RubberDuck Industries (of which this blog is a subsidiary)…..I wonder if I can write off her food and medical bills as “expenses”. I’ll have to check with our accountant.
Sorry kids… I don’t have a whole lot to say this week, so I think I’m going to wrap it up here. All I have left to do is infuriate, irritate, and entertain you all with the weeks meme.
