Yes, this is a Christmas movie.
So is First Blood, and Donovan’s Reef. If you disagree with any of the last two sentences, I’m going to need you to stop following this blog now. I’m sorry, but we just can’t be friends.
By the next time we chat, Christmas will be over and Hannukah will be underway. So Merry Christmas to all, and Happy Hannukah to my Hebrew friends.
Not too much has been happening around the Rancho de Patos de Goma since I sermonized you all last time. As you know the black death hit Del Rancho and knocked us out. Straight laid me to the bone.
Three of us are currently on antibiotics to finally kill off the infections that simply will not go away. So we got that going for us. Which is nice. We are feeling much better.
We started the annual land clearing where we get rid of the oak leaves so that grass and other things can actually grow in our new meadows. We hope to get sheep in the next couple of years.

It gets dark pretty early now, so we aren’t spending as much time outside as I would like. I may try to get out on my bike this coming weekend if the weather isn’t too chilly or raining. Like I was saying though, it’s a lot of indoor activities.
Like cookies.
There were more. I’m sure there will be more. Baking cookies in this house is like leaving a work truck full of tools on MLK with the keys in it while you go inside for groceries. Gone in like 60 seconds.
This shipment arrived earlier this week from Nana Duck.
We have done some decorating, and will prolly hang lights outside in the very near future. One of the benefits of starting our holidays on the 25th is that all the decorations will be on “super final sale” and we can light up this place for cheap-er. Don’t tell me I don’t embrace the tradition of the “festival of lights”. Get it? ‘Cause it’s cheap….and Hebrews are cheap……and it’s Hannukah. Get it? I’ll be here all night.
Anywho….
That’s about it around here. Just wrapping up stuff for the year. Getting ready for taxes and stuff. Yay.
I have a backlog of memes. So for the rest of they year, you will receive not one, not two, but THREE memes. Don’t say I never did anything for you. What can I say, I’m just given ‘em away…just like Cal Worthington and his dog Spot! Here ya go.
Happy Christmas ‘yall (all southern and shit)
Light em up! Shalom Shalom ✌️✌️
