So we finally got that snow everyone was worried about. Here at the Casa, I measured 6”. That’s from a NWS certified Weather Spotter. So….that’s the official accumulation for the area. Which is like a lot down here.

So the world didn’t end, per se… but lets just say the world came to a real slowdown. Luckily most of the people who really shouldn’t be driving in this weren’t. This is a good thing.

Also luckily, we are no stranger to snow. We have been just fine and have ventured out a few times. It’s been in the upper 40s most of the week, and it’s supposed to be almost 60 on Friday. Then like 36 the next day. The weather seems to be planned by a child having a tantrum lately.

We fixed some stuff this last week.

I installed a new wiring harness in a part of the Stove on Sunday and The Wife installed a new set of lights in the powder room.

The Wife and I put a new thermostat in the truck Monday. Good times. No big deal. Luckily I actually had an OEM thermostat and a fancy housing on the shelf. Everything went smoothly and we are back in operation.

I also installed a new passenger side mirror yesterday. I kinda broke it a week or two ago. Parts came in yesterday. The mail was not operating for like three days. Like I said….. a lot of snow for here.

The Wife made her second sale of Industrial Textiles. She has designed a custom insulated fabric cover for a piece of test equipment used on high rise buildings. I’m the Pimp, or maybe “Fixer” is a better word. I arrange the deal and make sure everyone gets their stuff. Yeah, I like “Fixer”. This has the possibility of becoming a thing. Then the little lady could get me into the lifestyle that I want to become accustomed to. Seriously. We are considering a Patent.

They are priced fairly for the customer and the application, but you might be surprised what one of these costs.

The kids are back in school, and life is mostly back to normal here. Not much else to report. Here is a shot of FarmDog©.

Just one more thing to mention this week. I want to take a few minutes to mention that this is the last week of our current President*’s administration. By the time we talk next week, Cheeto Hitler will be in office. I wonder how long it’s going to take the get the smell of Depends out of the building. I would like to wish that pants crapping pedophile good riddance. From me to you…..
